Our form, fill, and seal capabilities span a broad range, accommodating packaging sizes from 1gm to 25kg bags. We employ multiple sachet filling equipment designed for 3 & 4 sided formats, as well as stick packs, providing versatility in packaging options. Our fully automated sachet/carton line ensures seamless and efficient packaging operations.
In the realm of customised packaging formats, we excel in offering a variety of options, including Bag in Box, FIBC bulk bags heat-sealed for security, and packaging solutions using HDPE and paper sacks. Our adaptable approach ensures that we cater to unique packaging requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and security.
Our sachet filling process utilises a Volumetric Form, Fill, and Seal machine, coupled with a loss-in-weight system, ensuring precise filling according to customer specifications. We accommodate various formats such as pillow pads or 3 or 4 heat-sealed formats, allowing flexibility in packaging designs. Additionally, our in-line metal detection and check weighing systems guarantee the integrity and safety of the filled sachets.
For tableting needs, our facilities cover tablet pressing from 13mm to 50mm diameter tablets. We offer versatile packaging options, horizontally or vertically into buckets, pails, bottles, jars, pouches, and strip wraps, catering to diverse product requirements. Our facilities also accommodate effervescent tablet pressing, ensuring a comprehensive solution for various tablet formats.
Our Pack Off services encompass a range of bagging systems tailored to different weight requirements, including bulk bagging systems and various bagging lines catering to weights ranging from 1kg to 25kg. Our packaging lines utilise foil and plastic form-fill-and-seal mechanisms, ensuring secure and efficient packaging. Additionally, we specialise in Bag in Box filling, ensuring convenience and versatility in packaging solutions.
Moreover, our Toll Manufacturing service offers flexibility for small or large volume runs, guaranteeing quick turnaround times without compromising on quality. This service ensures predictable and controllable costs, facilitating a seamless production experience for our clients.
